Q1 : How should I place an order? ANS : You may purchase any time with us via Whatsapp no. 91399947. We sell available stocks, and will mail out orders within 3 working days upon payment received.
Q2 : How should I pay for my order?ANS : All products are in SGD (Singapore dollar) You may proceed to pay your order only when you received an order-in-process notification by Whatapp if you opted for paylah, Paynow, Interbank fund transfer.  Alternatively, you may like to pay by credit card via Paypal. (Local/International orders)
Q3 : Do I need to pay for the order shipment?ANS: For local shipping, we ship your order above by SingPost registered mail with tracking no. delivered right to your letterbox.  For international shipping, we ship your order $50 and above by Singpost/Speedpost registered mail. We will provide you with a tracking number for registered mail.
Q4 : What if my order is lost through mail?ANS: There is a tracking no. provided for your order to ensure the shipment will reach you safely.
Q5: Will my order get wet or spoilt easily during the mailing process?ANS : We will wrap your order with product special wrapping tissue, then bubble wrap and then with plastic or box, hence it is water-proof and is secured from handling. If needed, we will place your order in a box.
Q6 Do I receive further discount if I order more?ANS : All products online are selling at NETT price otherwise mentioned (ie. discounts). However if your order is huge eg. $300 and above, we will offer with more discount on case-by-case basis.
Q7 Do you ship overseas?ANS : Yes. We ship internationally for min order $50 and above with tracking no. (Pay by Paypal credit card only)
Q8 Can I cancel my order?ANS : As long as you have not confirm your order with payment, you may cancel your order anytime.
Q9 Can I refund my order if I am not satisfied with it?ANS : Yes, we will refund you full sum if you are not satisfied with your full order.
Q10 Can I replace partial items of my order if I am not satisfied with them?ANS : Yes, we will replace the items or not charge you for the items you are not satisfied and if they are out of stocks.
Q11 What if I missed my order registered parcel delivery?ANS : We post your order parcel by SingPost/Speedpost registered post delivered right into your letterbox. We will sms/email/pm the registered mail tracking no. to track your order.
Q12 I need my order urgently.ANS : We ship as quickly as the next working day upon payment received and upon request.
Q13 How long do I need to wait for my order?ANS : We ship up to 3 working day upon payment received. You will receive your order within 3 working days by SingPost registered post for local orders.  The shipment time for international orders are tracked.
Q14 Do you charge GST separately?ANS: No, you do not need to pay GST for your order.
Q15 How do you rate your products' quality?ANS: We sell the best quality of materials imported from various countries eg. Korea, United States etc.
Q16 Where are your products from?ANS: Our products are imported directly from overseas suppliers. ie. Japan, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, England, United States etc.
Q17 Do you check my order before delivery?ANS: Yes, before we wrapped and deliver your item, we check them strictly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
Q18 What if I did not fulfil payment within 24 hours upon my order submission?ANS: We only reserve your items for 24hrs, if no payment is received within the time frame, your order is considered void and you need to re-order again.  This only applies to Singapore orders payment by Interbank fund transfer.
Q19 Can you deliver my order to another address as a gift?

ANS : Yes. We love to. Simply provide us with the recipient's address and greeting under remarks when you place your order.
